




Personal Training is all about you and your goals and does not limit itself to ongoing exercise-based consultations.
I currently have clients that demand my full attention and fully entrust all aspects of their fitness to me (both exercise and nutrition), requiring several sessions a week and constant follow up. Other clients simply need my expertise and ‘know how’ in order to plan a fitness routine and only need to see me once a week for a much needed motivational follow up. I have also been contacted by people who simply needed a one-off session to modify, correct or tackle a particular aspect of their fitness (i.e. strength, flexibility, etc) and diet. Others required a regimented fitness and dietary plan with a very specific deadline and goal in mind (i.e. weight loss for a specific event, etc). I currently teach weekly Zumba and circuit classes that people attend because they want a fun social outlet to exercise without feeling they are exercising.
