I first discovered Yoga as a physical practice, with the aim to develop flexibility, agility and refined body control. It would be some years later that I would be introduced to the more holistic, mentally enhancing aspect of the discipline, finally embarking on my own journey to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher (Active IQ Diploma Level 3) early in 2011.
My Yoga model is non-dogmatic and integrative and combines traditional postures with agility and endurance-boosting, breath-syncronised flow sequences adapted to the class or individual's needs, as well as breathing (pranayama) and meditation/mindfulness exercises.
You can choose to take Yoga simply as a physical practice, or you can make the conscious decision to incorporate as much or as little as you want to your everyday life. I will aim to provide you with the tools to embark on your own physical and mental self-discovery journey.

Tailored Yoga programs are charged at the Personal Training rate.
