Yoga: body, mind and soul

first discovered Yoga as a physical practice, with the aim to develop flexibility, agility and refined body control. It would be some years later that I would be introduced to the more holistic, mentally enhancing aspect of the discipline, finally embarking on my own journey to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher (Active IQ Diploma Level 3) early in 2011.

 

My Yoga model is non-dogmatic and integrative and combines traditional postures with agility and endurance-boosting, breath-syncronised flow sequences adapted to the class or individual's needs, as well as breathing (pranayama) and meditation/mindfulness exercises.

 

You can choose to take Yoga simply as a physical practice, or you can make the conscious decision to incorporate as much or as little as you want to your everyday life. I will aim to provide you with the tools to embark on your own physical and mental self-discovery journey.

Term Dates 2020

Winter Term - Part 2: 27th of February to 2nd of April

 

*** Easter break: Please note I am planning on continuing to run the class over this half term, as pay-as-you-go ***

 

Spring Term: 16th of April to 21st of May

Summer Term: 4th of June to 23rd of July

 

Prices

*** Please note that I do not run a free taster/trial class scheme on any of my classes/appointments ***

  • Langdon Down Centre - 75 minutes class: £16 per person, per class as a drop-in, pay-as-you-go (price drops to £14 per class when paid as part of full term package - please enquire)

 

  • Langdon Down Centre - 60 minutes class: £14 per person, per class as a drop-in, pay-as-you-go (price drops to £12 per class when paid as part of full term package - please enquire)

 

  • Lunchtime class - 45 minutes class: £10 per person, per class as a drop-in, pay-as-you-go

 

  • One hour private class: £20 per person - price drops to £14 per person when 3 or more participants attend

 

Please note that private/corporate classes are not a tailored program but an "off the shelf" class.

 

Tailored Yoga programs are charged at the Personal Training rate.
