Yoga: body, mind and soul
Diego first discovered Yoga as a physical practice, with the aim to develop flexibility, agility and refined body control. It would be some years later that he would be introduced to the more holistic, mentally enhancing aspect of the discipline, finally embarking on his own journey to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher (Active IQ Diploma Level 3) early in 2011.
Diego's non-dogmatic, versatile and hybrid style of Yoga combines traditional postures with agility and endurance-boosting, breath-syncronised flow sequences adapted to the class or individual's needs, as well as breathing (pranayama) and meditation/mindfulness exercises.
You can choose to take Yoga simply as a physical practice, or you can make the conscious decision to incorporate as much or as little as you want to your everyday life. Diego will provide you with the tools to embark on your own physical and mental self-discovery journey.
